10+ years of training clients has brought me a vast assortment of experience. I have worked with populations as young as 8 years old to former professional athletes.

My ability to relate and deliver structured programming is top tier at this point.

I am a former D2 and D3 athlete and during my time in college I earned my BSc in Integrative Exercise Physiology.

I hold certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Crossfit, and currently working on obtaining more.
