RTR was built on discipline, purpose, and a relentless commitment to growth.
Founded by a full-time police officer and strength coach with over a decade of experience, RTR exists to develop athletes who are not only physically strong, but mentally resilient and prepared for the demands of sport—and life.
With 10 years of coaching experience across high school, personal training, and collegiate strength & conditioning, RTR blends real-world accountability with evidence-based training. Every program is rooted in a deep understanding of human performance, earned through both hands-on coaching and formal education.
The foundation began when I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, paired with a CrossFit certification. From that, I have accumulated years of continued professional development. But credentials alone don’t create results—consistent learning, adaptation, and athlete buy-in do. RTR places a heavy emphasis on continuing education, staying current with training science while refining methods through daily application.
